All schools with the Blik op Werk quality mark are subject to annual quality inspections. A variety of components are checked during these inspections. Blik op Werk combines this information in a total score. This ultimately results in a star rating. A school can obtain 1 to 4 stars. The better a school scores on all components, the higher the star rating. A school with 4 stars therefore scores better than a school with 1, 2 or 3 stars.

A new civic integration school from Blik op Werk will initially be a Prospective Quality Mark Holder. Since the pass rate and satisfaction of newcomers are not yet known, Prospective Quality Mark Holders do not have a star rating yet. Blik op Werk places this information on the website after one year.

When you attend a course programme at a civic integration school, we would like to know how satisfied you are with that course. Your answers allow the school to provide a better service in the future. You may be contacted by Panteia, the agency that carries out the survey.

The survey about your satisfaction with the civic integration school is anonymous. This means that Panteia does not tell the civic integration school who participated in their survey, nor does Panteia tell who the answers are from. Your contact details are stored securely. Panteia only uses your contact details to invite you. Panteia destroys your contact details after two years.

The satisfaction scores for civic integration schools can be found in the extensive information section per school.

The pass rates of each school are listed on our website. At the end of each year, Blik op Werk measures how many students have sat the partial exams of the integration examination or the State examination. Next, it is assessed what percentage of partial examinations passed on the first or second attempt. The pass rates are divided into different learning profiles. If no pass rates are listed, the school may only have started recently. The pass rates for civic integration schools can be found in the extensive information section per school.
